For the past few days ... I was busying with my creativity project. Finally... today it had come to an end...We were the first group to present and Karmen Yuen had praised our project... at first when we were presenting he kept saying something to the female lecturer... and it seems like he was saying bad...but after we end our presentation... "Impressive", "Fantastic", "Excellent" and words that described good are being heard... all of us was so happy and relief...Before the Q&A sessions, we were worried that we could not handle the Qs... but during the Q&A sessions, we were able to answer the Qs that karmen Yuen asked... I really want to thanks all my group mates for all the effort. At first when started this project ... quite a few teams copied our concept...thought is not all but at least part of it... so we kind of worry... but now our hard work paid off...Tomorrow that's a workshop that jia xian and I need to conduct... hopefully it turned out good too......to be continued...

From my friend's blog I get to know that fish only have 7 second of memory... and after 7 second later, the fish will have a new memory...that's why fish won't get bored in the fish tank. Cos every 8th second, the fish will have a new memory.
My friend wished that he could be a fish which only have 7 second...so that he could forget all his pain and sorrow...and forget the one he loved yet he can't be with...
He also wanted to be fish so that whenever he cried no one will notice that he's crying... and he could hide his sadness from others...
Well... sometimes I also wished that I could lose all my memories so that I won't be so miserable...but after the period of downturn had passed...I'm glad that I didn't expunge the painful experiences though I'm given the chance to erase it. Cos every fall and pain had slowly nurtured me into a more mature person.
PS: Hope that everyone is able to get out the downturn of their lives and continued to carry on their lives beautifully...

Hey guys... I found this email today... Hm... but dun really understand the moral... If anyone understand... Pls enlighten me. Thanks...
So true if u look ard u, and yet we let it happen everyday......
A butcher watching over his shop is really surprised when he sees a dog coming inside the shop. He shoos him away. But later, the dog is back again. So, he goes over to the dog and notices it has a note in its mouth. He takes the note and it reads "Can I have 12 sausages and a leg of lamb, please". The dog has money in its mouth, as well. The butcher looks inside and, lo and behold, there is a ten dollar note there. So he takes the money and puts the sausages and lamb in a bag, placing it in the dog's mouth. The butcher is so impressed, and since it's about closing time, he decides to shut the shop and follow the dog. So off he goes. The dog is walking down the street, when it comes to a level crossing, the dog puts down the bag, jumps up and presses the button. Then it waits patiently, bag in mouth, for the lights to turn. They do, and it walks across the road, with the butcher following him all the way. The dog then comes to a bus stop, and starts looking at the timetable. The butcher is in awe as the dog stops a bus by pulling its left leg up and gets in it. The butcher follows the dog into the bus. The dog then shows a ticket which is tied to its belt to the bus conductor. The butcher is nearly fainting at this sight, so are the other passengers in the bus. The dog then sits near the driver's seat looking outside waiting for the bus stop to come. As soon as the stop is in sight, the dog stands and wags its tail to inform the conductor. Then, without waiting for the bus to stop completely, it jumps out of the bus and runs to a house very close to the stop. It opens the big iron gate and rushes inside towards the door. As it approaches the wooden door, the dog suddenly changes its mind and heads towards the garden. It goes to the window, and beats its head against it several times, walks back, jumps off, and waits at the door.
The butcher watches as a big guy opens the door, and starts abusing the dog, kicking him and punching him, and swearing at him. The butcher surprised with this, runs up, and stops the guy. "What in heaven's name are you doing? The dog is a genius. He could be on TV, for the life of me!" to which the guy responds: "You call this clever? This is the second time this week that this stupid dog's forgotten his key."
Moral of the story ...... You may continue to exceed onlookers' expectations but shall always fall short of the bosses' expectations. How true and how sad.

After my block leave I'm not feeling very well everyday, feeling kind of dizzy and every night having headache. So tired...Hope this kind of situation can go off real soon.
This week is week 6... 1 more week I will be out of BPOS. Currently I'm busying with my creativity project...I don't understand those people who designed flash or MM how to endure with the process of creating a flash or floorplan or whatever. The designing of the floorplan or structure was fun BUT the colouring of the pix was hectic. The colouring was really driving me crazy... sometimes I spent 1 hour just to do the colour of 1 pix and my eyes was like twisted into a 8-shaped. On top of that, my team had to organise a workshop for all the TEP students and we decided to invite Thumbs UP for the workshop BUT after 1 week of waiting...they replied us and stood us up... so we had to find another speaker for the workshop. Now... we are waiting for the reply again...*pray hard*...that we could get a positive reply.
I saw him two days in a row this week... really happy. And now my daily reason of going to school is to see him again...(hopefully).
Today I nearly leaked out a secret... "heng" I didnt leaked out eventually...hehehe... somebody better pray real hard that the others won't leaked out.

Chingay just ended....hmm... 26 hrs ago?? Well sort of disappointed...cos I was too short so didn't managed to see the firecrackers only managed to hear the sound of it.
Yesterday was weeling's compeition, payung, avril, SQ, zhongwei, heling, yandan, hwa qi, shiyun, shiyun's bf and I went down to support her. Just so coincidence that zhaoquan and his friends were there too. So the supporters crowd got bigger too. We all were very happy that weeling got into the final. When I heard weeling sang on stage yesterday...the feeling was different... thought I always heard her's singing in FSRC but I think this time she sang really well.
After the compeition, py, avril, SQ, ZW and I went to orchard for dinner and took a look at the chingay. It was really crowded so we couldn't get a good place for the show and it was very hot out there. we decided to go to paragon instead and at the same time me wanna to take a look at the OJ-paragon... decide whether I should work there. My answer is NO... cos the traffic there is really great. In addition, me wanna to have a good rest over the weekend so I don't tink I wanna to go back to OJ so soon.
Actually we wanted to take pic... but avril brought a camera with battery again... we could only took pics with camera fone...avril... remember to bring a camera with battery next time...
Yesterday there were SJAB members stationing at the chingay area... one of my frenz was there too... me wanted to go to say hi... but he was far away...at the other side of somerset. I have a long time didnt attend SJAB parade...because of my other own commitments and other interest...I got myself busy and didnt have the time to attend...very guilty now.

today I went back to school for project discussion and ICA. The ICA was very difficult... hai... kind of worry cos the weightage very high...25%.
After our ICA, we went to AMK kbox to sing. The time for us to sing was very short... not very "shiok"...hehe...but quite fun and today is the 1st time that weiling came out with us. Usually when we went out, weiling was not with us cos she need to go home and accompany her husband. This is the 1st first I heard weiling sing... and first time I think she sound like woman...hehe.
Tomorrow going to weiling house to play mahjong... and now need to go pai tian kong... can't wait to eat the sucking pig...yummy...

This morning I was going through my mail box... and I found this old email. I decided to put it in my blog to remind people that regret is caused by one's hestitate.
*-....-....-* "A girl and a guy can be just friends, but at one point or other they will fall for each other... Maybe temporarliy, maybe at the wrong time, maybe too late, or maybe forever..." ......,,,~*~......~*~,,,...... ~*-aGnEs-*~
Very touching and meaningful story. A Diary ** from a guy
*January 2*
Do you still remember the first time we met? It was the first day in school. I was hurriedly entering the school gate when I bumped into you as you stepped out of a luxurious Volvo. The books you were holding fell all over the ground. I quickly picked up the books and returned them to you along with words of apology, but all you showed me was your intimidating look. My first impression of you was thatyou were a wilful girl born with a golden spoon in the mouth. I had rejected you completely and had hoped not to meet you again, but surprisingly you turned out to be my classmate.
*March 22*
I started to know more about you as days passed and my opinion of you changed for the better on each passing day. I realised that you were from a wealthy family but definitely not a wilful girl. You were nice and friendly. You got angry that day we first met because I had left a footprint marking on the poetry collection you loved dearly. We met often during lunch break and I found something in you that was different from the rest of the girls - your passion for Chinese poetry. Often you would mumble something to yourself. Initially, I thought that you were humming a pop song but later I realised that you had been reciting Chinese poems from great poets. You were so knowledgeable that you knew every poet and which poems they composed. I was very impressed indeed.
*April 5*
I met you again in the study area. That day you were reading the Chinese classics "Romance of the 3 kingdom". Your ability to appreciate Chinese classics left me with admiration. You were indeed unique in many ways.
*May 5*
From then on, we would often meet in the study area to discuss about the good and bad things of the character in these Chinese classics. Do you still remember the time when we almost broke off because we could not agree on whether Jia BaoYu hurt Lin Dai Yu? Our argument was so fierce that we never talked for that week. But when Friday came, we still met in the study area and laughed over the incident. After which, another argument started.
*Aug 7*
I could not deny it. It was a feeling I could not identify accurately. Wenever you laughed over a joke with other guys, that emotion filled my senses. It took me a while before identified it. I was in love; the feeling was jealousy. I felt the need to express it. But, I was afraid...that you would dismiss my feeling, that you and I would be stuck in an embarrassing situation, that our long nurtured friendship would crumble...therefore, I kept quiet.
*Oct 1*
The news came as a shock to me. I was so worried when I learnt that you had fainted in the canteen. I was struggling to keep my worried face in control as I looked at the ambulance that carried you away.
*Oct 2*
It was drizzling that day. Our form teacher sadly announced that you had got cancer. As she finished her last sentence, outside the classroom, it seemed to me that the drizzle had turned into a downpour. I could only hear the sound of the rain, nothing more. I rushed to NUH ICU to see you immediately after lesson. Your face was whitish in colour, showing no trace of red. I learnt that you had just undergone an operation. The life-support system was just beside you with tubes piercing mercilessly into your left wrist. "I am all right, it is just a serious case of anemia. Believe me, my parents told me that". you said convincingly. I knew fully well what you were thinking, you did not want me to be worried. "Are you comforting yourself or comforting the fears and hopelessness that was written all over my face?", I thought to myself. I was not strong enough to disagree with you and I nodded my head with a forced smile. You responded with a smile too-with great effort.
*Oct 5*
It was a ordinary day but to me, it was an important day. I felt an impulse to express my love. I walked over to the side of your bed, holding your hand. I told you the story of how an ordinary guy fell in love with a girl who likes poetry and Chinese classics. As I told my story, my eyes started to flood with water, and uncontrollably my voice started to choke, and finally I broke into tear But you held my head against your body and with watery eyes, said: "I understand such a love, so did the girl." I returned my eyes to her and at that moment, her tears dropped, and for the first time, I saw some redness on her lips.
*Oct 26*
It was the last day of examination and I rushed to NUH to continue my story. When I reached there, I only saw the nurse arranging the bed you once slept on. When I asked about you, the nurse told me expressionlessly that you had passed away. It was a bolt from the blue for me. I stood motionless for a long time. I hated myself for spending the last few days preparing for the last examination paper. I hated myself for not staying longer the last time I visited you. I hated myself so much...but you were gone...... I can't remember how I got home that day. When I woke up, I was already in my room. The pillow I slept on was wet. The next day, I went for the funeral. I heard from your father that on the day you passed away, you were still reading the Poetry collection I gave you as a gift for your birthday. Standing in front of Your portrait, I had no tears, they were used up on the day of your death. All I knew was sadness, my heart was like shattered into pieces and died.
*Jan 2*
A new girl has taken over your seat. She does not like poetry, but she likes to hum pop songs. When I asked her if she knows Jia Bao Yu, she replied: "What talking you." Yes, you were gone. But to me, the seat is still unoccupied, and maybe no one will ever occupy it......
This is a true story that happened 10 years ago!!!! Now then Can fully understand what the author means by "A PERSON WILL KNOW WHAT IS PAIN ONLY WHEN HE HAS BEEN THROUGH IT...." To cut the whole story short...jus wanna tell u pple that.....
IF U TRULY LOVE THAT SOMEONE... JUS GO RIGHT UP TO HIM OR HER OR GIVE A PHONE CALL RIGHT NOW TO SAY "I lUV U " AND EXPRESS YOUR FEELINGS FOR THAT PERSON B4 IT'S TOO LATE!!!!!
A Guy would rather shed blood than shed tears but that's because he has yet experience sadness. The moral of the story is to treasure your love ones coz they might not be always around. Share this story to those you cherish most and let them feel their "presence" are important as they are part of our lives too!!

I watched Taegukgi again... this time the feeling that I had during the first part of the show is different. The 1st time that I watched the 1st part... I felt like it was just a normal opening like other show. But the 2nd time when I watched the 1st part of the movie... I was crying...beacuse every scene and every sentence of the 1st part was to bring more impact to the ending.
Even watching a happy scene at the 1st part... I was crying through.
Every dialogue brought me back to the heartrending ending...
every happy scene of the 2 brothers reminded me of the hardship that they went through...
and every tear-jerking scene brought me thousand of tears that could not stop at that point of time.

I had just finished this movie one day ago...well... I know this movie was screen in 1998 but that time I was only 14 and this show is NC16...so I couldn't watch this show... I finally watched it on the 1st day nite of the CNY.
This movie was up to my expectation... just as what the title is .... this story is about a mission to save a guy named ryan in world war 2. This guy ... private james francis ryan had 3 elder brothers but all died in the world war 2. So he the privilage to go back home alive as this is the military rule. 8 soldiers were on the mission to save private ryan. Before they could find private ryan, 2 of them had die. So I can imagine how pte ryan felt upon knowing that 2 strangers had actually died because of him. I can't understand that's war exist... if god really exist in the world...I wonder if this what he want.

Today is the second day of Chinese New Year. I was home whole day to wait for my father side relatives. While waiting ... my family was playing the all time favourite, mahjong. Today I also watched a movie... the Brotherhood... it's really a great show and both the male actors were so handsome...hehe. It was so touching and angry when Jin-Tae (jang dong gun) done so many risky missions just to send his brother, Jin-seok (won bin) back home yet won bin did not appreciate it and blamed his brother for the cause of one of the other soldiers. He also think that his brother, Jin-Tae only care for the medal...but actually deep down inside his heart he know that Jin-Tae also wanted the medal to send him back home. Upon realise the death of Jin-Tae's death, I felt so sorry for him. But at least his last wish was fulfil as Jin-seok managed to get home safely. I bet if the character Jin-seok really ever exist in the real world, he must be very guilty and miserable because Jin-Tae was not supposed to die in the first place as he was not in the list of soldiers who were going to fight in the war. It was beacuse he wanted to protect his younger brother, Jin-seok then he went to the war. Most of the times, miserable is caused by one had to live and not one had to die.

5th Feb 2005 (sat) was the final of the accounting challenges. We were the 1st team to present and I'm the 1st speaker. I was so "gan chong" that I shiver so badly. Most of my friends had come to support us... I'm really touch that they came. But unfortunately... we lost. I knew we had put in our best effort in the challenge.
After our challenges we went for our badminton. That was the 1st time I played badminton in NYP. It was so hot... I was wearing my formal pant and barefoot to play badminton...I felt like I'm going to get heatstroke. But it was a great game. After that game... I was arching all over... but today I felt better though my arms still arching.
Anyway...I really want to thanks all my friends who came down to support me for the accounting challenges.

End of Career Seminar
It have been ...hmm... I think 2 days I didn't update my blog...so now using the opportunities in access lab to post in one entries.
Yesterday was the Career Seminar 2005. Since the 1st day of this stopover, my team and grad svs had been intensely into this seminar...and now is finally finished. YES!!
Is quite chaotic at the 1st hour of the seminar as we can only go into the LTK at 2.50 but the 3rd year students was already there at around 2 - 2.50pm... so it was hot and humid around outside the LTK. Fortunately... all the usher manage to get hold of the crowd.
There's really no time for us to set up the projector, pc and some of the logistic stuff... and the LTK was really dirty. And the projector at the LTK was not working so we have to use the portable projector... and we cannot control the volumn too.
My job during the seminar was to usher, control lighting and volumn. I don't know to consider myself lucky or unlucky because the volumn could not be control so I don't have to do that anymore. Then the projector was not working so it had to be control by manual and I was so "lucky" to be the one to so called operate the projector...so I had to sit beside the projector to "operate it". And is like really alone... cos the whole second row cannot be occupied as it is to put the portable projector...the worst thing was I was sitting behind the director, the lecturer and the guest speaker...so I can't fall asleep or daydream. For all the seminar that I attended in SBM...this was the 1st time I was SO alert and awaken. After the seminar... my head was like going to fall off as I was sitting too near to the screen so I had to look up the screen all time.
Afterall... this seminar can consider quite ok... as the student teams were the 1st time organizing a seminar.
